I make sure that I have time each day to do the things I love, and that at the end of the week I have time for my friends and family.” “Then before I go to sleep, I love to play the guitar and sing. every day, and the first two hours I set aside for homework and enjoying learning,” Senderoff said. “I get home from practice around 5 or 6 p.m. He just figured that football would push him to new limits in what is already a fairly structured life. It wasn’t, however, as if his life lacked discipline. Football provides that discipline for me.” I set a high threshold to overcome, and every time I achieve a goal I keep setting it higher and higher. And while he lives his life by the Army’s creed of “Be all that you can be,” he’s headed down a career path in which he could envision himself running a nuclear sub for the Navy.
